LAWS OF SOUTH SUDAN MINING ACT, 2012. In accordance with the provisions of Article 55(2) and 55(3b), read together with Article 85(J) of the Transitional Constitution of South Sudan, the National Legislative Assembly, with the assent of the President of the Republic of South Sudan, hereby enacts the following: CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS.
